Whitney Houston and Dana Bash
Whitney Elizabeth Houston was born to a musical family on 9 August 1963 in Newark New Jersey the daughter of gospel superstar Cissy Houston (nee Emily Lee Drinkard) and John Russell Houston Jr. and cousin of singing star Dionne Warwick. At the age of a small girl, Houston began singing professionally with her church's choir. She sang backing vocals for Chaka Khosn's song from 1978 Im Every Woman with her mom. Later, she provided background vocals for Lou Rawls & Jermaine jackson as well as her mom. Her first gig was as a lead vocalist with the funk group from New York, Material as well. It was her excellence of her vocal work with them that attracted the attention of major record labels including Arista with whom she signed in 1983 and where she stayed for the rest of her career. Whitney Houston's debut Whitney Houston album was released in 1985. It was one of the most successful album by a musician. Her album featured several hits including How Will I know You Give Good Love, Saving All My Love For you and The Most Beautiful Love of All. It helped her achieve seven US charts-topping singles in a row, a feat that was more than the Beatles. It was the first US year, the album was had sold more than 3 million copies. After that, it was to be listened to by more than millions of people around the world which earned her her first Grammy. The Whitney album from 1987, that featured songs like that I Wanna Dance With Somebody and Where Do Broken Hearts Get to, continued her success. It was The Bodyguard of 1992 that was her breakthrough album and made her one of the top-selling performers in the history of music. Although the film and the actress' performance were not highly praised, the soundtrack album featuring her rendition of Dolly Parton's I Will Always Love You was the top-selling album and single for a number of months. It sold more than 44 million copies worldwide. That same year she got married to Bobby Brown who was a former New Edition singer. She was the sole daughter of Bobby and Bobbi Kristina Brown in March 1993. At this point that her much documented drug use began and by 1996 she was an everyday drug user.
Dana Bash also known as Dana Ruth Schwartz is an American anchorperson for the CNN reporter and political correspondent for CNN. Her weekend programs comprise Evans & Novak Late Edition, Inside Politics and Inside Politics. Her awards and accolades include being named to the "The Women in Washington Power List" by Elle magazine. With her amazing anchoring and reportage skills she is admired by many young journalists in the field. In her personal life the graduate of George Washington University is a loving mother to her sole son. She has been married twice but is not currently married. Bash is a woman who enjoys being determined and independent she is extremely devoted to her fans. It is for this reason that the American journalist, Bash is very engaged on social media platforms like Instagram and Twitter. She is constantly keeping her followers updated with the latest events of her personal life.
