Whitney Houston and Dana Bash

Whitney Elizabeth Houston, born 9 August 1963, to the musically inclined family of Newark New Jersey is the daughter of gospel star Cissy Houston as well as John Russell Houston Jr. She's also the cousin of singer Dionne Warwick. In Newark Whitney, she began singing with the church choir in the early years of her childhood. at the age of 15, she joined her mom in backing vocals in Chaka's hit Im Every Woman from 1978. It was instrumental in her achieving seven US chart-topping singles consecutively which was more than the Beatles. In its first US year, the album was has sold in excess of 3 million units. Then it went on to be purchased by more than 25 million worldwide, earning her her first Grammy. The album Whitney which came out in 1987, featuring popular tracks Where Do Broken Hearts go? and I Wanna Dance With Somebody, was a follow-up to her success from. It was The Bodyguard (1996) that established her as one of the best-selling albums in pop music. Even though the movie and actress' performance were not highly praised, the soundtrack album featuring her rendition of Dolly Parton's I Will Always Love You was her top single and albums for many months. The album sold over 44 million copies around the world. That same year she got married to Bobby Brown who was a former New Edition singer. She had their sole daughter Bobbi Kristina Brown. They were married in March 1993. At this point her use of drugs was well-documented and she was able to use it regularly until 1996.

Dana Bash also known as Dana Ruth Schwartz is an American reporter anchorwoman and political reporter for CNN. Her programs on Saturdays are Evans & Novak Late Edition, Inside Politics and Inside Politics. Bash was awarded many times and was included in the Women in Washington Power List by Elle magazine. Bash is renowned for her incredible anchoring/reporting abilities and she's highly regarded by younger journalists.
