Allison Raskin Bio

Allison Beth Raskin, an American mental health activist and comedian-writer on YouTube, is a journalist. Her previous post at BuzzFeed Video was that of writer. However, in 2015 she resigned to become a writer with her co-worker Gabe Dunn on their Just Between Us comedy YouTube channel. Raskin was born in Manhattan on 20 June 1989, to a Jewish parent and a father who raised her in the home of her father and mother. She received her bachelor's degree at The University of Southern California with an undergraduate degree in Fine Arts. Jamin Ben Raskin (born 13 December 1962) is an American attorney, law professor, and politician, serving as representative for the U.S. representative for Maryland's 8th congressional district since 2017. Law professor was lead prosecutor during Trump's impeachment trial. Rep. Jamie Raskin, who is the Maryland senatorial hopeful for the coming term, has made the decision to stay within the House and run to be the chair of the House Oversight and Accountability Committee. Adjacent to Washington, D.C., the 8th district takes in many of the city's wealthiest inner-ring suburbs, including Bethesda, Chevy Chase, and Potomac. Rockville is the largest of these cities. Maryland is one of the constituent states of the United States. It is the first of thirteen original states. It lies along the Eastern Seaboard at the center of the huge trade and population center that spans Maine up to Virginia.
